I've paid, but I'd like to cancel my participation. What should I do?

First, read our withdrawal policy. Find a link to the regulations in the footer of the conference page. It contains an entire section on withdrawal, describing the rules and deadlines related to it.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. you notify us about the cancellation - preferably by email, text message, or telephone,
  2. we issue and send you a corrective invoice,
  3. we are waiting back for a corrective invoice signed electronically by a person authorized to do so, or at least an e-mail that reads: I acknowledge receipt of correction invoice No. .... and I accept it,
  4. we will send you back the payment in the amount corresponding to the regulatory deadlines.
